About Vanilla Yoga
Vanilla Yoga offers bespoke group classes and private lessons in Hatha yoga, Pregnancy Yoga and Mother & Baby Yoga.
Anna Lubliner has been studying yoga for over 10 years and is a fully insured British Wheel of Yoga (BWY Dip) Teacher and a qualified Pre & Post natal Yoga instructor.
A fun and creative teacher her classes offer a flowing style of Hatha yoga. Through asana (postures), pranayama (breathing exercises) and meditation her classes explore the uplifting physical and emotional rewards of yoga.
One to one yoga sessions are tailored specifically to the individual offering the opportunity to focus on particular needs and enable the student to practice at a level that will maximise the benefits of their practice. Ideal for first time yogis too.
Small group classes are lively and enjoyable, enabling students to explore yoga in a safe and fun environment. Work place and residential sessions can be organised at a time that is convenient to you.
Yoga for Pregnancy can help with common ailments associated with pregnancy and provide the tools to facilitate a joyful birth. Vanilla Yoga runs weekly classes in Richmond, Sheen & Lambeth but you can also organise one in your home with pregnant friends.
Mother & Baby Yoga can help with post-natal recovery including muscle tone, support for the back and boosting energy. It also includes fun rhymes and rhythmic movement to encourage baby development. Organise your own weekly class with other mums or attend our regular morning class in Richmond.
Anna believes we all come from different starting points so all her yoga sessions are aimed at every age and level of experience. Groups are small so students receive as much individual attention as possible.
