Hatha Yoga
Classes are booked as ongoing blocks of consecutive weeks. Payment secures your place and is due prior to the new block starting. If you can’t make a class I am happy for you to arrange for someone else to take your place that week. Please let me know in advance. Lessons are non-refundable.
Pregnancy Yoga
Classes are booked as courses of consecutive weeks. Payment secures your place and is due prior to the course starting. Due to limited capacity I regret that classes are non-transferable. Unless your baby arrives early, lessons are non-refundable.
Mother & Baby Yoga
All classes are booked as courses of consecutive weeks. Payment secures your place and is due prior to the course starting. Due to limited capacity I regret that classes are non-transferable and non-refundable. One Carer per baby please (except for twins).
Private Lessons & Private Birth Rehearsals
Private lessons can be booked as a one-off or as a block of sessions. A cancellation policy of 24 hours notice is required or a full fee will be charged.
You will need to bring your own yoga mat to class.
