Mother & Baby Yoga

Mother & Baby Yoga is a fun and enjoyable way to get to know your baby. The Yoga will aid your post-natal recovery through postures that help muscle tone, offer support for your back as well as boost your energy levels. Fun rhymes and rhythmic movement will encourage your baby’s development. Meet a friendly group of local mums and enjoy homemade cake and tea after each session. Suitable for 8+ weeks onwards, anytime up to crawling.

Yoga for Under 5s

A fun and relaxed yoga class for Parent/Carer and their crawling baby toddler or pre-schooler. Breathe, move and stretch together through fun yoga moves and stories and rhymes. Please bring your yoga a mat if you have one (I do have a few spares). Tea and biscuit at the end of each session.

Suitable for

Mother & Baby Yoga is suitable for pre-crawling babies only. You can start anytime from 8+ weeks onwards. Yoga for Under 5s is for crawling babies, toddlers and pre-schoolers and older kids.

Experience

No prior experience of yoga necessary.

What to wear

You will need to bring your own yoga mat to class. Wear some comfy clothing you can both move in and please bring your yoga mat if you have one.
