Yoga is mindful movement and breathing. Regular practice promotes a greater sense of wellbeing which can help to restore peace and calm in our lives.

Hatha Yoga consists of postures and breath control. The Yoga postures help build strength and stamina as well as increasing flexibility. Through the use of the breath in breathing exercises and by linking breath with movement you can begin to clear the mind and promote greater physical and mental vitality.

Who can do Hatha yoga?

Everyone! The class is open to all levels. Beginners are very welcome. Please feel free to email me prior to starting or just turn up on the night.

What do I need to bring and wear?

Please bring your own yoga mat if you have one. I do have some spares if not. Cushions and blocks are provided. Wear some comfortable loose clothing. Try not to have a heavy meal before practising. A light snack is fine.
