Yoga offers you a unique opportunity to embrace the changes and transitions happening in your body during the menopause. It can help ease their negative impact on your daily life so you move into the next phase of womanhood healthy and happy.

Take a pause in your busy life and let adapted yoga poses, breathing techniques and mindfulness practices help you manage symptoms such as hot flushes, anxiety, irritability, insomnia, fatigue and low mood.

This class is a friendly and supportive group where no prior experience of yoga is needed. The class is open to peri-menopausal, menopausal and post-menopausal women. All welcome.

Who can do Menopause Yoga?

If you are peri-menopausal, menopausal or post-menopausal. All are welcome. You do not need any prior experience of yoga for this class.

What do I need to bring and wear?

Please bring a yoga mat (or similar) with you plus a water bottle and wear some comfy clothing you can move in. We practice yoga in bare feet.
